CINELAB

Holistic Development WingPhotography & Videography Club

CineLab is BEC's visual storytelling club, dedicated to building photography and videography skills that go beyond hobby-level — developing students into portfolio-ready visual creators prepared for professional opportunities in media and content.

Club Vision"To build a community of skilled visual storytellers at BEC — developing photography and videography to a level that opens real professional doors, whether through freelance work, curated portfolios, or careers in media and content creation."

Mission Core

  • To equip every member with a strong technical foundation in photography and videography.
  • To help each member build a personal portfolio of professional-quality work.
  • To develop storytelling instincts alongside technical skills — communicating ideas through visuals.

  • To culminate the semester with a public exhibition at Spectrum Week showcasing club talent.

Objectives & Focus

  • Develop visual storytelling sensibility — creative vision, not just technical skill.
  • Help every member produce at least one portfolio-ready project.
  • Create CineLab's visible presence on campus through published content and visual events.
  • Represent BEC at media and photography competitions.
