Overview

The Civil Engineering Department is one of the pioneering departments of the college, established at its inception in 1963. The M.Tech. in Structural Engineering, with an intake of 18, provides postgraduate education in structural analysis and design supported by advanced laboratory facilities and research recognition from VTU and AICTE. Admissions are offered through PGCET/GATE and the Quality Improvement Programme (QIP), and the curriculum emphasises fundamental principles and creative problem-solving.
