Placement Policy
Campus recruitment runs in priority slots by CTC band. The policy below governs eligibility, scheduling and conduct for every drive.
Slot - 1: Super Dream Offer
Companies offering CTC of 8 Lakhs and above per annum. Students selected in this slot will be de-registered from the rest of the placement process.
Slot - 2: Dream Offer
Companies offering CTC between 5.5 Lakhs to 7.99 Lakhs per annum. Students selected here can accept one offer and will be de-registered.
Slot - 3: Standard Offer
Companies offering CTC between 3.0 Lakhs and 5.49 Lakhs per annum. Selected students remain eligible for higher priority slots as per rules.
Slot - 4: Core / Product Company Offer
Core and product companies with any CTC can participate in placement drives at any time convenient to the college and the companies. A student may select either their highest offer or a core/product company offer.
General rules
- Process is managed by the Training and Placement Office (TPO).
- A particular slot may span over multiple days with multiple sessions.
- Placement Registration is valid for ONE ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
- Backlogs: Students with 4 or more backlogs are not permitted to register.
- A student needs to select either the highest offer or a core/product company offer.
- Attendance for Pre-Placement Talks (PPT) is compulsory for interested students.
- Formal Dress Code is strictly mandatory for all placement activities.
- Malpractice or disciplinary violation leads to immediate disqualification for the year.
