Overview

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in 1983. It offers B.E. programme in Computer Science and Engineering with an intake of 180 students, along with M.Sc. (Engineering by Research) and Ph.D. programmes. The department has highly qualified and well-experienced faculty committed to imparting quality technical education in IT and research. Its primary objectives include developing innovative skills, enriching academics through quality teaching-learning processes, building student confidence and inculcating entrepreneurial abilities — producing professionals with ethical values and societal concern.
